In 2009, a complete stock preparation project was made and delivered in a cardboard facility in Turkey.
Coarse and fine screening work with 0.50 mm and 0.15 mm. Fiber loss has been reduced by 1% and energy
savings of 30% have been achieved. Dispersion has been disabled.
In 2013, the basket and rotors of a plant producing cardboard paper in Turkey were designed to operate
with 0.15 mm slots and put into operation. Paper strength and cleanliness have increased with this system.
In 2015, trial productions with 0.15 slots were made in the largest cardboard paper facility located in Saudi Arabia,
and long fiber loss was eliminated. In addition, as a result of the practices carried out in the cleaning paper
facility located in Saudi Arabia, the presence of holes has been prevented by eliminating the stickies in the 16 gr paper.
From the intervening time until 2023, studies on Rotor and Basket have been carried out in various
factories and are still continuing.
